Shipping
Standard shipping charges will apply, and are based on the weight and destination of the package.
Please Note: Order are accepted 7 days a week. Once the order is received there is a 5 BUSINESS DAY processing time, as we make every product by hand. Currently, we offer USPS and UPS Shipping (3-5 Days) and will provide a tracking number for your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: **IMPORTANT - We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT of the parcel. This applies only to INTERNATIONAL AND CANADIAN ORDERS.
Common Questions
Can I ship to multiple addresses? You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
What shipping method do you use? The majority of our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. However some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please go to our contact page.
Returns & Exchanges
The Cozy Kei products are handmade to order and as such all sales are final. Returns will be accepted only for damaged items within 10 days of receipt for store credit only or exchanges. Shipping charges are not refundable or credited. All returns must have an original receipt.
All damaged items are to be return within 10 days. Along with original receipt and proof of damages (photos or videos).
The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of store credit.
Order Cancellation And Changes
